Kichler Experience Center
The Kichler Experience Center (KEC) in Dallas, TX, is a space dedicated to showcasing Kichler Lighting products, offering interactive experiences, and providing a place for product training and customer events. The KEC is located in the Design District near the Dallas Market Center, and includes product vignettes, a Landscape Lighting Lab, and meeting spaces.
Product Showcases:
The KEC features various Kichler products, including indoor and outdoor lighting, ceiling fans, and other lighting options. The vignettes and displays can inspire design ideas and help customers visualize how Kichler lighting can transform their spaces.
Interactive Experiences:
The center offers a more interactive way to experience Kichler products compared to a traditional showroom including a dedicated space for exploring landscape lighting solutions and options. Lighting showroom professionals are available to offer personalized service, technical expertise, and design consultations.
Training and Events:
The KEC hosts product training sessions and customer events for both professionals and homeowners and provides an opportunity to learn more about Kichler products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
I lead merchandising graphics for the bin-annual Lighting industry events, as well for all events throughout the year. Bi-annual events include up to 100 tactics per event, such as signage, canvases, wallpaper, print and digital event invitations, and training manuals, plus a mix-and-match templated design I created so that signs can easily be swapped out of sign holders as lighting fixtures are replaced or moved. I create event graphics and invitations for specialized events and additionally create training material documentation. I also explored process efficiencies for creating event materials, made guidelines documentation and trained staff.
